Xavier Marrades is a documentary filmmaker, editor and visual artist. Originally from Catalonia, he lives and works between Spain, NYC and Brazil.

He holds an MFA in Creative Documentary from the School of Visual Arts. His documentary films have been screened and awarded at international festivals such as IDFA, Sheffield, New York Film Festival, Cartagena de Indias and the New Directors New Films.
